E-GIFT CARDS
How can I check the balance of my e-gift card?
If your gift card is linked to a customer account, you can check the balance using the link in your gift card email. For customers without an account, simply reach out to us at support@bottegabianca.com, and we’ll provide you with your remaining balance.
SHIPPING
How do I know if my order has shipped?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please note that all orders are subject to verification and acceptance prior to shipping.
When will my order arrive?
Orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after credit card authorization and verification are completed. Orders made on Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day. Additionally, any orders placed after 9 AM UTC +1 will be processed for shipping on the following business day. Please note that Saturday and Sunday deliveries are not available.
Domestic Orders: Typically delivered within 7-10 days.
International Orders: Generally take 10-15 days, though actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing.
Do you offer international shipping?
Absolutely! We offer international shipping to most countries, and we provide free shipping on orders over $89. Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes in their respective regions. Additionally, if an international package is refused by the recipient, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
Do I have to pay customs and extra fees for shipping internationally?
All international orders are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs, and duties imposed by the destination country. These fees are to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery. Please note that Bottega Bianca, LLC. does not have information regarding customs or duties and cannot estimate these charges. We recommend checking with the appropriate local authorities before placing your order. Bottega Bianca, LLC. is not responsible for unpaid import taxes and will not issue refunds or exchanges for deliveries that have been refused due to non-payment of import taxes.
What happens if I refuse the package?
If you refuse a shipment, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Bottega Bianca, LLC. These amounts will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Do you replace lost or stolen packages?
We are unable to replace or refund lost or stolen packages.
To ensure a smooth delivery process, we recommend choosing a secure shipping location where someone is available to receive packages. If you need to change your shipping address, please email us at support@bottegabianca.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to update your address as long as the package has not yet shipped; however, we cannot reroute a package once it has left our facility.

RETURNS
What is your return policy?
f you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can Ireturn the item(s) within 7 days of the shipping date for a complete refund. Please remember that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition, complete with tags and packaging. They should be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. We reserve the right to refuse a refund, exchange, or store credit if the returned items do not meet our quality standards or are not in their original condition. Make sure to include the original receipt with your refund request.
Please note that personalized items, custom orders, and products labeled as 'FINAL SALE' are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
International customers must arrange their own return shipping and cover the associated costs. If an international package is refused upon delivery, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
What should I do if I received an incorrect, defective, or damaged item?

At this time, we do not provide exchanges.
BACK ORDERS
What does it mean for an item to be on back-order?
Back-ordered items are those that are temporarily out of stock and will take longer to deliver. If your order contains both in-stock and back-ordered items, we will ship the available items first, and the back-ordered items will be sent separately as soon as they are restocked.
What is the estimated delivery time for my back-ordered item?
The delivery time for back-ordered items can differ based on the product. Usually, back-order wait times range from 1 to 2 weeks.
Do I have to pay the full amount upfront when the item I’m ordering is on back-order?
Yes, full payment is required at the time of purchase for back-orders to ensure that your item is secured.
Can I return my back-ordered item if it arrives past 15 days from the original order date?
Yes! If your back-order item must be returned within 15 days from the date it was shipped.
REWARDS/DISCOUNTS
What is the rewards program all about?
Our rewards program offers a simple and convenient way to earn points with your purchases, which can be redeemed for discounts on future orders. Signing up is easy—just create an account!
How do I use my rewards points?
When you accumulate enough points to redeem a reward, the system will automatically send you a voucher code. You can then enter this code at checkout to apply your discount on your next purchase.
Do rewards points have an expiration date?
Your unredeemed points will expire if you haven’t made a purchase linked to your membership account in the past 12 months or longer. To check the date of your last purchase, please visit your Account Page. If you need further assistance, feel free to email Customer Service at support@bottegabianca.com.
Is it possible to use multiple vouchers or discounts together?
No, voucher codes cannot be combined with any other vouchers or discount codes. There is a limit of one promotional code per order. Additionally, rewards points are non-transferable.
I just completed a purchase. Where can I find my points?
Points will be added to your account 15 days from the order date.
How can I check my points balance?
You can see all the points you’ve earned by logging in to your Rewards dashboard.
What should I do if I’ve forgotten my account password?

Will I receive my points back if I return an order?
If you used a voucher to make the purchase you will get the If you used a voucher for your purchase, you will receive an equivalent amount of points credited back to your account upon returning the order, including for partial returns.
If you did not use a voucher, the points you earned will be deducted from your account, including for partial returns. We reserve the right to adjust your rewards for returns, and other restrictions may apply.
